It has always been my dream to help people discover how they can unlock the connection between mind and body through fitness, dance and Pilates. To truly understand movement and to feel re-charged and focussed in this ever-changing world is a gift and I hope I can give this to you. Through Pilates, I can help make this connection through the fabulous synergy of breath and movement which in time, will result in strength, power and a fundamental state of calm. My passion for movement started at a very early age through dance and it was this love that has led me to discover what makes my world spin. I loved performing following my professional dance diploma and I had some fantastic opportunities across stage and TV. This, coupled with my fitness qualifications, saw me travel the world teaching and performing across Europe and Australia – a time I will always cherish.

I have now been working in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years (a long time!) and I am now more ready than ever to help you discover what movement can do for you.

My approach to exercise is constantly evolving, and I’m so deeply fascinated in how we can all exercise intelligently – I believe this is the key. Health is the perfect blend of physical, mental and social well-being and if I get the opportunity to meet you, I would love to help you find the joy in movement that you can’t be without! By practicing Pilates regularly myself, I can feel what my clients feel, which allows me to tailor every session to my client and I am always looking to learn more.

I have completed training courses such as the Level 4 with Body Control which gives me a deeper understanding of biomechanics and how the body works. I just can’t wait to teach you these skills and inspire you to help you achieve your goals and help you find something that keeps your world spinning too! Helen x
